Great subs, great staff, made good memories with friends while on vacation. They even gave us customer loyalty cards. Just wish they were open longer/ more days.

My first time ordering @ Gibbs. Wasn’t sure what to expect or what to order. The gentleman helping me with my order suggested some great subs. I ordered The Godfather, the Philly steak and an antipasto salad. The salad, not what I was expecting when I opened the box. Made want to put it all on bread lol. Everything was tasty at least I thought so. My husband however felt he has had better. For me the deli meat is what made the sub standout. I’d definitely return.

Good Sandwich and great clam chowder

A sub restaurant that runs out of steak sauce is not a good thing. The hot sauce looks like it never has been cleaned

I got two subs there yesterday through the drive thru.The man working the window was very helpful and made sure we got exactly what we ordered on 2 separate subs.Very very tasty subs and at a fair price.I will be returning.

They charge to much for the amount of meat they give you. You have to hunt for the meat. The owners need to go to other restaurants who give you triple the amount of meat on your sandwich. They have a lot of lunch business, so they probably won't change a thing. They also give you a very small bag of chips for the money they charge.

Boar's Head meat! Great quality sandwiches and specials everyday of the week. I eat here twice a week for lunch. Service is quick and the staff is friendly.

Boar's head subs and salads. If you are a big meat eater you will probably be disappointed with the amount of meat on the sub, however, my boyfriend got turkey and roast beef and said it was a good proportion. I asked if I could do a 12" with half tuna and half egg salad and the cashier said no but instead charged me for a 4" tuna and a 4" egg salad and they ended up making me the sub exactly how she said they couldn't, all on a single sub. The total for the two subs in the picture with a regular drink was $19 and I think that is pretty pricey. You get WAY more everything for your price at publix! Overall, will most likely not be coming back. Publix subs for the win!!!

chips are 89¢ but they charge you $1.19, and its the super small bag. They also charge extra to put your Italian dressing on the side.. I don't agree with either.. The subs are pretty good though..

Great sandwiches

Great family owned sub sandwich deli! They have a special every day which is discounted and it's homemade. I usually get the chicken salad sandwich, however everything is great!

After driving by for months now I remembered to stop in for lunch. I ordered their Cuban sandwich, homemade potato salad and a drink. The Cuban was delicious. It's made fresh and pressed. The potato salad is a family recipe and was great.Spent just under $10 which is fair.Only disappointment was none of the staff danced when the Bee Gees started playing on the radio. Next time...Definitely check them out.

Great value and great service, like the old shop on the corner when I was growing up.

On our way back from SC to Orlando and stopped here off the highway. It hit the spot. They made a 4" for my 2 yr old just like he wanted. The girl working in the front was knowledgable and helpful with the menu. Would return.

Ordered Philly Steak & chili, very disappointed. No peppers, onions & very little cheese. Meat was dry. Over priced. Chili was super greasy & chunks of meat way to big & very bland. Will never go back.

Great tasting Subs, and the staff is outstanding! My favorite is the #2 Polo Ground.

Truly how a sub should be made. I don't know how places like Subway and Jimmy John's can even exist with product like this.

We just ordered through door dash, and I have to say, I’m disappointed. Every thing about our order was wrong, but when we called the store to tell them, we were told that, “I made that sub myself, it can’t be wrong.” We were offered no replacement for our food, or refund and told “there’s nothing we can do.” This is the first time we’ve ever gotten food from them, and I have to say, we will not be back. How very disappointing, a customer should be able to expect a higher standard from local establishments. I suppose if you haven’t been there yet, don’t go. Their service leaves much to be desired.

Man the salad persons paradise. Salad is a must try. Just heard they are closing.

The best damn sandwiches I've ever had! Gibbs is a local gem in Orange Park. Top of my recommendations of places to eat!

I've never had a New York deli sub, but if it's like this place, definitely have to next time I'm there!

It is kind of dumpy inside and a sub is a sub. price is good for some item and others it is a little high.

Amazing food!!!! This is way better than all the chain sub shops in OP and Fleming!!!! The quality of meat is hands down the best. Their potato salad is amazing too. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go a different sub place again after eating here.

Best Philly Cheese I’ve ever had.

The food is good, value is ok, but theservice is very slow. I was the only customer in the place and it still took nearly 10 minutes to get my food (one sub).

Cheap, Fast, Friendly staff and the subs are 2 thumbs up. Great hole in the wall place.
